Mixing system: Adopt twin-shaft concrete mixer for high quality of mixing effect, short mixing time, long service life of spare parts and easy maintenance;Measurement and control system: Adopt new-design of load cells, computer control software, digital displays, etc. Also be equipped buffered device and auto-add function when weighing deflection, that will make sure the measurement accurate and timely.Cement system: Adopt screw conveyor and plated cement silo, easily for transportation and installation, well seal performance and long service life;Air system: Adopt high quality of air compressor and components, easy installation and maintenance;Aggregate batching machine: Adopt PLD series of automatically weighing and discharging machine, reliable quality and long service life.Aggregate feeding system: Adopt bucket or belt conveyor, also be equipped ladder for worker maintenance or service;Platform: Mixing platform and measurement platform can be separately installed, easily for client inspecting and maintenance.

 

After-sale service:

Some extra spare parts will be delivered with the set plant;DASION engineers will go to clients’ site for guiding the installation and test-running;Warranty period: 12 months since the installation or test-running;DASION service team will follow every placed order regularly till warranty period finished.
